"This was my first time to Stretchformation and it was just what I needed.
Motocross is a most demanding sport when it comes to physical fitness and if your body mechanics are off, it could prove to be deadly. Gina was able to address a hamstring issue that was creating a blockage of bloodflow to my lower leg, because of this blockage my knee and calf were beginning to atrophy. Thanks to Gina the bloodflow to my leg is way better but will require additional treatment. This is where proper intake of water and oxygen are vital in my recovery as well as proper stretching, and why I think I found a new home with Stretchformation.
